Learn about our journey, values and vision
An AI and agentic partner building software, systems and automations from Makati City.
A small group with a large multiplier
Jumpstart Creatives Inc. has been in the digital support industry since 2006. What we sell now is different: agentic systems and AI applications, built by a group small enough to answer the phone and equipped to take on work that used to need a floor of engineers.
We’ve worked on local and global clients that has simple to complex range of project requirements, which makes the group more agile in dealing with demands, timeline and budget restrictions. That agility is now partly machine: specs, scaffolding, tests and migrations are AI-assisted, while architecture and review stay human.
What we believe about agents and AI
01
Autonomy needs a leash
Every agent we ship has a scope of authority, approval gates, an action log and a way to revert. Autonomy without those is a liability.
02
A demo is not a feature
Anything we ship has an evaluation set, a measured accuracy number, logging, and a defined answer for what happens when it is wrong.
03
Most AI projects fail on data
The real work is getting your documents, permissions and history into a shape a model can use. That is plumbing, and we like plumbing.
04
The savings belong in the quote
If our cycles got shorter, your invoice should reflect it. Otherwise the efficiency is just our margin.
How a project runs
- 01 Scoping call Free, an hour, no deck. We leave knowing whether an agent belongs in this at all.
- 02 Spec, then scaffold The specification is written with you. Scaffolding, boilerplate and tests are machine-generated from it.
- 03 Human review, every change Architecture decisions and code review stay with engineers. Nothing merges unread.
- 04 Evaluate, not vibe-check Agents ship with test sets, accuracy thresholds, approval gates and a fallback when they are wrong.
- 05 Support after go-live Providers deprecate, prices move, prompts drift. Every project that goes live stays covered.
How we staff it
Agentic pilot
3–6 weeks · one workflow, measured, then a go or no-go
Focused build
4–10 weeks · one or two engineers · one clear outcome
Product build
3–6 months · squad with a lead, QA and design
Retained support
Monthly · monitoring, updates, model maintenance
